개인정보 처리방침

noon("앱")은 손목 위 컴패니언 캐릭터가 사용자의 활동에 반응하도록 만든 watchOS 앱입니다. 앱은 사용자의 프라이버시를 중요하게 생각하며, 수집하는 데이터를 최소화합니다.

1. 수집·사용하는 정보

• 건강 데이터(심박수) — HealthKit을 통해 심박수를 읽어 캐릭터 반응에 사용합니다. 기기에서 일시적으로만 사용하며, 서버로 전송하거나 iCloud에 저장하지 않습니다.
• 위치 — 현재 날씨를 가져오기 위해 사용합니다. 날씨 조회 목적으로만 Apple WeatherKit(Apple 날씨 서비스)에 전달되며, 앱 운영자의 자체 서버로는 보내지 않고, 광고 목적으로 사용하거나 장기 보관하지 않습니다.
• 동작·걸음 수(Motion) — 걷기 감지를 통해 캐릭터 성장에 사용합니다. 기기에서 처리됩니다.
• 앱 데이터 — 캐릭터 성장·액세서리·색상·설정 등. 기기에 저장되며, 사용자 본인의 기기 간 동기화를 위해 사용자의 개인 iCloud에 동기화됩니다.

2. 건강 데이터 특별 고지 (HealthKit)

HealthKit으로 수집한 건강 정보(심박수)는 광고·마케팅에 사용하지 않고, 제3자에게 판매·공유하지 않으며, 데이터 마이닝 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다. 기기 내에서 캐릭터 반응을 구동하는 데에만 사용됩니다.

3. 제3자 공유

• 사용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다.
• 위치는 날씨 조회를 위해 Apple WeatherKit으로만 전달되며, 앱 운영자의 서버로는 전송되지 않습니다.
• 제3자 광고·분석 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다.

4. 보관 및 보안

데이터는 기기와 사용자 본인의 iCloud(Apple이 제공·암호화)에 보관됩니다. 앱 운영자는 사용자의 건강 데이터를 별도 서버에 저장하지 않습니다.

5. 사용자 권리 (삭제)

• 앱을 삭제하면 기기 내 데이터가 제거됩니다.
• 건강 데이터 접근은 iOS/watchOS 설정 > 건강 > 데이터 접근 및 기기에서 언제든 해제할 수 있습니다.
• iCloud 동기화 데이터는 iCloud 설정에서 삭제할 수 있습니다.

6. 아동

이 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 의도적으로 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

7. 변경

본 방침은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지의 시행일이 갱신됩니다.

Privacy Policy

noon ("the App") is a watchOS app featuring a companion character that reacts to your activity. We value your privacy and minimize the data we collect.

1. Information We Collect & Use

• Health data (heart rate) — Read via HealthKit to drive the character's reactions. Used transiently on-device only; never transmitted to servers or stored in iCloud.
• Location — Used to fetch current weather. Sent only to Apple WeatherKit (Apple's weather service) for weather lookup; never sent to the operator's own servers, not used for advertising or long-term storage.
• Motion & step count — Used for walk detection to grow the character. Processed on-device.
• App data — Character growth, accessories, color, settings. Stored on-device and synced to your private iCloud across your own devices.

2. HealthKit Disclosure

Health information collected via HealthKit (heart rate) is not used for advertising or marketing, is not sold or shared with third parties, and is not used for data mining. It is used solely on-device to drive the character's reactions.

3. Third-Party Sharing

• We do not sell your personal information.
• Location is sent only to Apple WeatherKit for weather lookup, never to the operator's own servers.
• We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

4. Storage & Security

Data is kept on your device and in your own iCloud (provided and encrypted by Apple). We do not store your health data on any separate server.

5. Your Rights (Deletion)

• Deleting the App removes on-device data.
• You can revoke health data access anytime in Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices.
• iCloud-synced data can be deleted from iCloud settings.

6. Children

This app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated; the effective date on this page will be revised accordingly.
